Phone-only riding
Allow location access for GPS speed, maps and recording. Check the GPS status and stop recording when finished. DashPack Connect is optional for phone-only features.
Connected telemetry
Choose a compatible bike profile and check the selected device’s connection and data freshness. Available fields vary by profile. Contact support with app version, phone model and a description of the issue; omit private route data unless necessary.
Groups
Online with your phone, or offline with Connect mesh. Approved riders share their locations with the group. Each offline rider needs compatible DashPack Connect hardware and firmware. Sign in before heading out, allow location access and keep DashPack open while sharing. Mesh depends on radio links between riders; terrain and distance affect connectivity. Map loading and cloud features may still need internet.
