Website privacy and waitlist notice
This notice describes the website and hardware waitlist currently in use. The app is in prelaunch; its release policy will be published separately.
Scope and contact
Dashpack operates this website and the optional DashPack Connect hardware waitlist. Contact dashpackapp@gmail.com about this notice or your personal information. This notice covers website visitors, waitlist subscribers and people who contact support.
Information you provide
The waitlist requires your name, email, bike description, phone platform and country, together with consent to launch and availability emails. It also records language, consent version and signup time. Support messages include the information you choose to send. Joining is optional and is not required for future phone-only app use.
How information is used
Waitlist information is used to record interest and communicate about launch and hardware availability. Bike and phone details help us understand requested setups; submitting them does not establish compatibility. Consent records document your choice. No payment details are collected and signup does not place an order or reserve hardware. No email is sent automatically.
Service providers and access
Google Firebase hosts the live website and stores waitlist registrations in Realtime Database. Firebase App Check and reCAPTCHA Enterprise process browser, device and request signals to help prevent abuse. Gmail processes support email. The subscriber list is not public. The local preview stores test registrations on this computer rather than the live waitlist.

Browser storage and hosting
This website stores your language preference in your browser. Hosting and security services may process request metadata. The website does not request your location or connect to your bike.
Retention and removal
The current waitlist does not have an automatic expiry schedule. You can request removal or withdraw consent through the contact above. Final retention periods for waitlist records, support messages and provider logs have not yet been configured. We do not promise immediate or complete erasure of backups and provider copies before the applicable process is verified.
Access, correction and consent
Contact us to ask what information we hold, request a correction or removal, or withdraw consent to availability emails. Use the email associated with your registration so we can assess the request; do not send passwords or verification codes. Sending an email is a request, not confirmation that deletion is complete.
Policy updates
Changes to website data handling will be reflected in this notice. A future app release, paid service or new use of personal information requires its own accurate disclosures and any necessary consent.
App release policy
App account, location, ride and connected-device data are separate from the website waitlist. Release policies and account-deletion instructions will be published when the corresponding processes are verified. This website does not provide an account-deletion tool.
