Control your permissions and data
Choose the features you use and the information they need. You can change phone permissions and sharing choices at any time.
Location and recording
Location powers GPS speed, maps, recording and shared group positions. Ask for access when starting those features, with a clear explanation before any background access. Stop recording to stop capture; pause group sharing or leave to stop publishing your position. Revoking location disables dependent features without deleting saved rides.
Bluetooth and camera
Bluetooth is used to find and connect your selected DashPack Connect device for supported telemetry. Camera access is used to scan invitation QR codes; code entry remains an alternative. Revoking access stops the corresponding feature and does not erase your account.
Account removal and permissions
Changing phone permissions does not erase stored records. Contact support for current account and data guidance; this website has no automated deletion flow.
Live Activities on iPhone
During recording, Live Activities can show speed, elapsed time, distance and GPS/Connect status on the Lock Screen; supported iPhones also offer Dynamic Island views. These values may be visible to someone looking at your locked phone. Use the iOS Live Activities control to disable this display. Dismissing the display is not the same as stopping recording; use Stop and save.
Support and your choices
Email dashpackapp@gmail.com to ask about your data, request correction or removal, or withdraw waitlist consent. Gmail processes support messages. Do not send passwords, verification codes or private ride routes.
